From abandoned factory to arts center

NVP leader and designer Robert Halgreen is working with Main Street Waterbury and other community groups to redevelop the factory building at 54 Maple Street – near the Palace Theater and Waterbury’s new Arts Magnet School -- into a downtown arts center with 21 apartments, a dance studio, a performance space, and workspace for artists.
